SPONSOR A CHILD

Sponsoring a child is one of the most incredible gifts you can give. Due to poverty, many chidren are denied an education, limiting their futures and perpetuating a cycle of poverty. Providing a child with access to an education opens up options for their future and empowers them with options and knowledge. We have many options for sponsorship and we encourage sponsors to know the children they are helping. Sponsorship starts at $2 a day.

IN NEED OF SPONSORS

We have many children in need of sponsors currently, please contact us for more information on each of the children and how you can get involved.

RACHEL

Rachel is 15 and has completed up to P5. Due to some personal circumstances she has had a break from school but is eager to learn and continue her education.

JOEL

Joel is15 years old and tragically lost his father in 2010. After his father's death, Joel's mother could no longer afford to send him to school. He was blessed to have found a local sponsor, allowing him to continue school until S4. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 and other unfortunate circumstances, his sponsor can no longer help him. He has been in a boarding school, costing 500,000 shillings per semester (approximately $138 for 3 months) and excels in his studies. He love IT and he wants to be an IT expert.

MDU BOYS HOME

These boys are all part of our boys home in Mutungo. They all have different circumstances but many have run away from home due to poverty, abuse or death of family. They have been living on the streets but are now safe in a house where they are receiving basic education, food, medical care and lots of love!

They are all anxious to get sponsors so the can go to school, some of them for the first time. Please contact us for more information on the individual children.

SUCCESS STORIES

Thanks to our generous donors we have had a number of children receive sponsorship, excelling in school and gaining more than just an education.
