We welcome volunteers from all over the world. It doesn't matter your age, faith, experience or training, if you share our desire to make a difference in Uganda, we hope you'll consider getting involved. There are many different projects you can get involved in. Volunteers can teach, look after children, do medical work in the slums, work in the clinic, participate in medical outreaches, do construction work and even be involved in administration.

Accommodation: Volunteers will stay in a beautiful and very secure bungalow style apartment unit. Each unit has two bedrooms, a shared western style bathroom (with hot water!) a very spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Volunteers are able to cook their own meals in their spacious kitchen. There is also many places close by to eat out both local and western food.

Orientation begins on the morning of your chosen start date and covers everything you need to know for your volunteer program in Uganda – Introduction to Uganda, Culture and Customs, Rules and Expectations, Safety, Language Basics (Luganda), Travel Opportunities and Introduction to Project and Placement. The orientation will also give you a chance to meet other volunteers and swap contact details for weekend travel and socializing.
